Adler Development has embraced the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification process. LEED is one of the nationally accepted benchmarks for the design, construction and operation of high-performance green buildings. It takes the whole building into account, rating five key areas of human and environmental health: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality. We are highly experienced with the process and prepared to go through the certification with any client who may be interested in this designation.
